Dear Young Musicians and Parents,
Our Dress Rehearsal will begin at 4:45 this Wednesday (5/4). We really need two rehearsals, but we think one longer one will do it. You do not have to dress in your concert clothes - This just means we will work only on the final concert.
Please be prompt and plan to stay until about 6:30.
Dress for the concerts will be the blue YASO shirts with white printing and khaki (tan) pants/skirts.
Concert schedule:
Wednesday, May 11 - Arrive at Lake Placid Library no later than 4:15 (Concert must begin at 4:30 due to library hours)
As far as I know there will be a potluck, planned by parents at the church following this concert (at the church)
Evening Concert: 7:00 at Lake Placid Nazarene Church (we are expecting a good crowd - it has been
well advertised). Please have your instruments tuned and music on stand no later than 6:30.
This concert ends our YASO Rehearsal schedule until August.
Notice: For my Recital Students, friends, and family, the recital is at 6:00 at the LP Conference Center on May 9 (Monday evening). Please be at the Fireside room in the Lodge by 5:30. You should plan to dress up for this occasion. Refreshments will be served after the Recital.
