Dear Young Artists and families,
I have had two families contact me about the day we have our rehearsals. Wednesdays just are not working well for some.
First of all: The first rehearsal, with Ms. Peggy conducting, will still be as scheduled on Wednesday, Aug. 24, at 5:15. You will be receiving your new music then.
I have checked with the pastor, and the church is available on Fridays. The students coming from Avon Park have early release
on Fridays so our rehearsals could begin at 4:00 and end by 5:15. That would make it better because of the earlier time and the Avon Park
students could continue to be a part of the orchestra. I need to hear from each of you as soon as possible. As you know, I will be gone until the last week of August, so if you are all agreeable with this new schedule, we could begin it on the second rehearsal.

Please try to e-mail me or call by Monday. I will have access when I am gone by cell phone and e-mail, and would like to let everyone know as soon as possible.
